Birthday Parties at Beauberry House
If you are planning to celebrate your birthday in style, and hoping to gather all your friends to mark the occasion, Beauberry House just might be the perfect venue for you!
With its terraces, offering panoramic views across Belair Park (perfect for the summer), and the house with its many beautiful rooms and possibilities, Beauberry has much to offer both you and your guests, promising the perfect celebration.
Planning your Party:
Our very own Events Co-ordinator is on hand from the beginning to provide a truly bespoke Birthday. Popular choices, when organising birthday celebrations, are often reception drinks and canapés with either an open bar (settled in advance) or a cash bar for guests to purchase drinks themselves on the day. Evening Snacks can also be served (please refer for prices- by rule of thumb we suggest catering for 60% of total numbers) and, of course, dancing is often a must- you can either set up an ipod with your very own play list or organise a DJ to really get your friends in the mood! DJ’s hired for the evening should enter into contact with Beauberry House to discuss levels of music to be maintained.
White Room and Private Bar:
Hosting your party on the 1st floor is a wonderfully intimate affair, even when considering larger numbers. With our stunning White Room (perfect for a chill out zone) and an adjacent balcony (perhaps for those smokers amongst your party) we also boast a private bar ideal for dancing the night away. The whole 1st floor accommodates up to 150 guests, in a standing capacity and, uniquely, offers guests the chance to relax in another beautiful space away from the dance floor. Hire for the 1st floor is between £400 and £650, dependant on season. In addition a down payment of £1500 is required which can be used towards all of the following-
- Food
- Drinks
- Security
- Service
- VAT
Ground Floor Bar and Terrace:
For smaller gatherings our Ground Floor Bar is the perfect choice. Ideal for numbers up to 50 this unique and elegant room is well suited in accommodating for both a drinks reception and also as a space to let your hair down. A glorious Terrace is attached to our downstairs bar which can be set up for many eventualities including a BBQ area, for warm summer evenings, or perhaps as a space decked with lounging sofas for your guests to relax and enjoy a quiet drink. There is no hire fee for the Ground Floor Bar and Terrace however a down payment of £1000 still apply. Please note, the outside terrace is weather permitting and the management reserve the right to decipher suitability of the area on the day.
Security and late licenses:
For 1st Floor parties security personnel are required at Beauberry House. This is a flat fee of £150. For parties in 2012 the revised amount will be £150. If a late license is needed- to exceed the 12am finish- a further £100 applies to provide an extension until 1am. In the case of Ground Floor use parties requesting a 1am extension (regardless of guest numbers) will see the additional cost of a security personnel (as above).
