Post Christening/Baptism Gatherings & Naming Ceremonies 2011
White Room and Private Bar:
The 1st floor at Beauberry House, comprising of our beautiful White Room with adjacent balcony & private bar, is the ideal setting for any post christening or baptism gathering. Generally happening on a Sunday, following a religious service, use of this space is often from around midday to roughly 5pm. The White Room can accommodate up to 40 seatedfor a buffet style food serving, 50 for a plated sit donw meal or a combined standing party of 150 for the entire floor (prices start from £20 pp). The option of an afternoon tea is also available (Sandwiches, tea-cakes, scones, tea & coffee- £17.50pp). However other options are available with regards to greater numbers of guests and different food choices. Please enquire with your co-ordinator for more information.
Hire for the 1st floor is £300 for the afternoon.
A separate minimum down payment can be spend of £1000 can be used toward the following only:
- Food
- Drinks
- Service
- VAT
Children’s menus are all available on request and start at £10pp. These can be discussed upon enquiry and tailored to suit preferences.
Finally, should you be looking at using Beauberry for a Naming Ceremony for your child, may we suggest our stunning White Room as the perfect venue? This large open room, complete with wonderful high ceilings, panoramic views across Belair Park and beautiful period fireplaces, comfortably seats 80, often being turned around into a dining space (as per above capacity with the use of our main dining room to be an option for group larger than 50 for seated meals). An additional £200 fee applies for naming ceremonies to be hosted with us.
