Having scheduled an appointment with us, and upon viewing Beauberry House, all eventualities will be discussed with your coordinator. Please allow an hour of your time for this meeting.
However, to assist in the meantime, Beauberry House offers two packages for your consideration-
Package 1) £155 per person (to include all of the following)-
- Exclusive use of the House
- Ceremony held here if wished
- Post ceremony drinks reception including 3 glasses of prosecco per person
- 3 Canapés at the aforementioned
- 3 course meal/luxurious summer BBQ
- Side order of vegetables
- 1/2 bottle of wine per person with meal
- 1 glass of toasting prosecco
- Tea and coffee
- 2 Evening snacksper person
- Security
- VAT
- Service charge of 12.5%
The following are provided within this package (for up to 100 people)-
- Tables
- Chairs
- Chair Covers (White or Ivory)
- Sashes (Ivory Organza)
The following are also provided unlimitedly-
- Table linen (all White)
- Cutlery
- Crockery (all White)
- Glassware (clear glass)
- Staffing- floor, kitchen & toilet attendant
Package 2) £185 per person (as above but please substitute prosecco for champagne)
Please note, your evening additional bar tab, should you wish for one, will be the only cost you need to consider on top of the above packages.
Kids package is £30 per child to include a 3 course child's meal with 3 soft drinks per child for the duration of the meal.
Ceremony Only
To host a ceremony only at Beauberry House the fee is £500. The ceremony room can accommodate a maximum capacity of 80 people.
Weddings for under 50 guests
For couples considering lesser numbers or a more intimate approach to their special day please contact the events team for a personalized quote.
Outside Catering and Dry Hire
Beauberry does not offer dry hire of the house or allow outside catering. All food is provided by our award winning kitchen and is Modern/European. All wines and beverages are supplied from our extensive cellar and as such we cannot allow clients to provide their own alcohol with corkage charges.
Date
Should you have a particular day for your Wedding or Function in mind it is always advisable to book early. If you are flexible with dates then bookings can be made with a relatively short lead time. With Bank Holiday weekends, Fridays and Saturdays being the most popular, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible to make provisional arrangements.
Civil Ceremonies and Civil Partnerships
If you decide on a Civil Ceremony or Civil partnership, please contact Southwark Registry Office once you have decided on a date with us on 020 75257651 (option 5), to ensure availability.
Timings
When timing your wedding day allow half an hour for the Civil Ceremony, 1 ¼ hours for the drinks reception, 2 hours for a three course meal and a further half hour for speeches. However the latter are merely generic running orders. Our team works on tailor made events and whatever timings suit you and your party is always our main concern.
Tasting
Tastings will take place as soon as a deposit has been paid. Please allow a week’s notice for the booking and availability
Music
If you wish your day to extend into the evening you are welcome to have a disco or band. However, there are some limited restrictions that can be discussed in more detail with your coordinator.
Cake
We currently do not provide a cake service here at Beauberry, therefore please feel free to bring your own at no extra charge. We however do not supply stands or cake knives.
